FOAM CANNON — Pressurized Equipment Safety
The Detail Labs foam cannon is pressurized equipment, not a chemical product. It carries no GHS hazard classification, but improper use can cause serious injury.
Prevention: Rated for pressure washers up to 4000 PSI — never exceed this rating. Wear eye protection at all times during use. Never point the cannon at any person or animal; pressurized spray can cause severe injection injuries that may not appear serious at first. Inspect the cannon, fittings, seals, and quick-connect before every use and discontinue use if any component is cracked, worn, or damaged. Release all pressure before disconnecting or opening the reservoir. Do not modify the cannon or use it with any chemical other than a dedicated automotive foaming shampoo. Do not use with hot water above the manufacturer's stated limit, or with solvents, acids, bleach, or corrosive chemicals.
Response: For any high-pressure injection injury, seek emergency medical attention immediately and tell the treating physician it is a high-pressure injection injury, even if the wound appears minor.
Storage: Rinse thoroughly with clean water after each use. Drain fully and store empty, indoors, protected from freezing.
