SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL depending on package size and destination. Carrier is selected at our discretion for the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.
Domestic Shipping (US) Standard shipping is available on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $75. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment depending on your location.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Detail Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Detail Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier directly. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier. We will assist where we can but cannot issue refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@detail-labs.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge.
No International Shipping (at this time) We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in a future update.
